I know this string of messages started some time ago, but I also live in the Chicago area, and we happen to have one of the best right here. His name is Dr. Jonathon Citow (he's written 5 neurosurgical textbooks, won some award like "Best Neurosurgeon in America" or whatever, and Lake Forest Hospital, as well as Condell Hospital in Libertyville, added entire neurosurgical wings to the hospital just to get him to come! I'm not kidding. He's the man when it comes to surgeons!   I really like my endo too (Dr Rabinowe up North in Gurnee), but seriously - it would do you good to hook up with Dr. Citow.
