Well, I have my follow-up appointment with the neurosurgeon tomorrow afternoon.  I had my MRI of my pit area and the other tumor two weeks ago.  We'll decide what we're going to do with the 10% of Pit tumor that's left.  It's wrapped around my corotid artery.  For those of you that are new, the surgeon also saw another brain tumor when I had my first MRI (when the pit tumor was diagnosed).  He said that more than likely it's a benign tumor.  How does he know?  The only way to know is to take it out and send it to pathology.  I lost my husband to malignant melanoma almost 6 years ago.  His cancer manifested itself as brain tumors.  This hits too close to home for me.  Keep your fingers crossed for me!  I'll let you know what I find out!
