Hi Jess - sorry to hear that the second surgery may not have ended up in full remission. Give it time though. Once the doctors know for sure, you will need to discuss your treatment alternatives and decide which option is best for you and your situation. Unfortunately for cushings, second surgeries are <50% successful. Even a wayward cell can cause problems. It could take time for the lab results to indicate what you may already know. I am hoping for you that some of the test results are indicating some adrenal hyperplasia, and after a few months, your body will settle down and testing will show normal results! Take care! Minnie |
