The elevated testosterone may be the culprit, and if that is the case, there may be a treatment  that could help with that. Do talk with your endo about your acne concerns. I had a friend who did  after the dermatologist  tricks of the trade were not helping, and it turned out she had a vitamin D deficiency in addition to.
