Thank you Meri,
I am seeing an endocrinologist, I just had my labs done, and it did show that my growth hormone is low. I'm having the insulin tolerance test next month, based on the results he will schedule an MRI. I haven' t had one for several years. I have been on dostinex, so the tumor hadn't grown at all, but I guess we really need to check it out now. All my labs and such had been good for a number of years, until this last time, so something is going on.
I didn't know there was such a thing as a pituitary specialist. I will look in to it. I do have a list of questions for him too. I really wish I had known muscle pain went along with all this. He never mentioned it, and I had no way of knowing it was related to the tumor.
I guess my other question would be,,,, should I consider the radiation, or surgery again? I really don't like the idea of surgery, after all it didn't work the first time.
Thank you for keeping me in your prayers, I'm grateful for this support system, I don't get much at home.
Melissa
