Thanks for posting that link.  Related question for you (or anyone).  I was on a replacement/maitenance dose of cortef post-surgery.  I would avoid taking it in the am on the mornings I had blood tests (which showed low/no levels of ACTH).  However, I wasn't given a cortisol stim test for about 4 months post-surgery.  Should my doctor have given me one sooner?  It sounds like your adrenal glands go out of commission if you stay on a replacement dose for too long.
