Linda, If your tumor is secreting it can be as small as 2mm and still cause you problems. Many folks here have tumors less than 10mm that cause serious problems. You really need to seek out a pituitary expert and get sound treatment. Most doctors who don't specialize in this disease just don't understand. It is my understanding that the standard test for pituitary tumors is a closed MRI with and without contrast. Wishing you the best, Daryl |
