How much GH is the norm prescibed?

Hey all, I am about to start taking growth hormone injections in about a week or so. I finally got a call from Eli Lilly who manufactures it, and they said I will get 3 months free until my insurance decides what they will cover, meaning I may not get the whole 3 months depending on when the insurance gets back with their answer. So, my main question is how much or how often is the GH taken? Every day, or every other day, or once a week? I haven't been told that yet, but my thinking is the norm is every day.
