Babypit...have you tried the Gonal F injections yet (I think thats what its called)? That is usually done before the IVF. I have heard of a few women in my other group who are Panhypopit who have gotten pregnant I think by the injections. Not sure about PCO though. I got pregnant myself (pre-panhypopit) with twins after 3 years of trying and with 1 year of insemination...but after first try with injections I was pregnant. I'm sure you know IVF is very expensive but shots are much more reasonable (still a little expensive) and my insurance paid for it. Good luck.
