Tab- I had a tumor which was removed- had Acromegally from it & I guess acromegally can cause tiredness- muscle problems, but even though the tumor is out & the Acromegally is 'cured' I'm styill exhausted all the time with muscle weakness- In my case, we're looking into a neurological possibility for it- possibly polymiositis or mitochondrial disease. When I get up in the morning, it feels like I'm hung over- my body is just weak,  it just feels like the sleep did no good- I have to nap every day for about 2 hours to give me neough of a boost to make it through tthe rest of the evening. Before I had the tumor out, I was snoring quite loudly which could have been a sign of sleep apnea which will leave people exhausted in the mornings- so what the previous person suggested, the sleep clinic, might be a good idea.
