Hello! I hope you are well. My tumor is non-functioning because I do not 
secrete hormones I have to take hormones to replace those that are deficient. 
In 
my case I have abnormally low GH, testosterone, ACTH, and I am not absorbing 
vitamin B-12. Everything else is in the normal range and I hope it stays that 
way Some 
Neurosurgeons do not seems to like to do surgery or gamma knife on people with 
deficiencies in fear that more hormone will be affected and possibly crash the 
entire gland. 
 
I hope that clarifies things for you a bit. These tumors appear to really 
affect people in different ways.
