There's a formula for allergies and one for colds. I use the one for colds and keep one bottle at home and another in my purse. It's had clinical trials that have shown it will cut the severity and length of a cold by 1/3. Of course the sooner you use it the better off you'll be. Now, I know that's not how all viruses start, but it's great if you get the feeling in your nose. I do think it's hard to know if you have the flu when so many of the symptoms are the same as being adrenal insufficient.....muscle weakness, nausea, headache, etc. Doubling your dose for 2-3 days is always a safe move.
