Your test scores don't indicated you having central hypothyroidism.  When that 
happens your TSH and your Free T4 are very low.  I have this due to a pituitary 
tumor so I've learned a bit about it.   It does look though that your doctor 
did not test the "free" values of T4 and T3.  That is critical because only the 
free values show you what is actually available for your body to use.......the 
total shows that plus all the cells that are bound to proteins that are not 
usuable.  Ask your doc to retest with the free values and the TSH again so you 
get the full picture.   :) Gina
