----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: liltrubin Message 2 in Discussion There is a little problem that comes along with expressing milk...your body will produce more. I would highly suggest that you do not express if you can avoid it! It is a tricky situation. I am 20y.o female. I just recently have seen an obgyn bc of unexplainable lactation (gone on a lil over two weeks). a month prior had seen an eye doctor bc my vision was just out of sorts. Its hard to explain but its like it would blurr together or get foggy... almost like my eyes were tearing up and i was tryin to see thru it... though they were not. so i saw the lady and got a px for reading glasses but the intresting thing was that during the periph. vision test i couldnt see anything in my left eye on one side and i pointedly asked her why and kind of got scared and she just brushed it off saying my other eye compensated so not to worry. I did have a tramatic injury a lil over a year ago where i attempted a two person sumersalt and did not tuck my neck. I just about broke it... and since then have had intense pain in my neck and pressure headaches that typically are relived when i pop it. I also had my tonsils removed late may bc i constantly was sick and since them have not felt the same. i am always tired... even with an idealist amount of sleep. I have been sore. i used to work out a lot. like two hours a day and at least 5 days a week... and now... am lucky if i can withstand whatever if going on at work. my joints ache and pop. my head aches have changed and affect more recently my frontal lobe. iduno if anyone whos lactating has noticed but its like its getting worse... they fill up and i try to drain them the best i can be i like my smaller chest and lately... it just sorta shoots out like its trying to fly across the room. within the past week i have become incredibly dry below the belt and cringe at the thought of sexual relations what so ever. and believe me i am usually the instagator. ive become more and more fusterated bc i had blood tests done and my prolactin levels were well within the normal range... the same with my tsh. but i was prescribed bro(whatever the med is) and told to take it anyways... though it is used to lower prolactin levels and treat the adeomas. i had a mri done on wed and am waiting for results still. its nice to be able to read though some of these things and know that although im fusterated and young im blessed to have discovered this early and know that im not alone. i feel like a freak of nature.. luckily enough my boyfriend isnt bothered by it but it truely makes me feel unattractive. iduno if anyone else has this either but i have recoginzed with in the past few months my hair growth has changed. its always been quick but i can pluck an eye brow and have to do it two days later. my chin now grows lil hairs too. i used to tan ALOT. and worry that it might somehow be linked. its weird but im still gaining and retaining weight too. i rarely am hungry... in fact i have to force myself to eat... remembering i would be normally around this time. but when i do eat... i get a taste in my mouth i like... its like i cant get enough of it. and thoughi eat about one meal a day... and drink at on of coffee.. the weight just stays.... any ideas? advice? i keep tryin to get up early and workout but its just not happening. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
