Since your surgery was so recent is it possible that your hormones are shifting again? It does not take much to trigger something like this. Consider all those women who complain of monthly menstrual migraines, the sift they are going through is minor compared with the shift that we go through after surgery!!!! The fatigue and aches can also be contributed to hormone fluctuations. I use a great book for migraines that I love and have recommended it to many people: Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain I love this book. Some of the suggestions for getting rid of pain may also help with some of other hormonal symptoms you might be experiencing. I hope this helps.
