It's not clear to me how the surgery at Skull Base or Pittsburgh differs from 
the type of surgery performed at a place like Mass General.  Don't most 
surgeons now go through the nose, for a more minimally invasive procedure?   
Tina, I've been following your story (probably because my tumor is the same 
size as yours was -- I'm starting to have symptoms -- yet blood tests are still 
normal).  And, it seems to me that you selected the California doctor because 
his procedure was the least invasive.  Can you explain how it differs from the 
procedures done at other centers?   Thanks! Lynn
