Have you had your ACTH and cortisol levels checked? You need to have those 
levels checked. You also need to have your testosterone, DHEA, LH, FSH, and all 
gonadal hormones checked. Your doctor is not being thorough in his testing, you 
need to see an endo that specializes in pituitary tumors/disease. You may also 
want to consult a reproductive endo. Do you have problems with your menses?   I 
know it is difficult to keep seeing docs and having tests, but it's your health 
and you need to find a doctor willing to test you so you can be diagnosed & 
treated. It is not in your head. It is not stress. Imbalanced hormones from the 
pituitary tumor are causing your symptoms. All your hormone levels should be
