I am very sorry to hear that your seizures are not currently being controlled
by medication. Unfortunately most seizure meds take a while (6 to 8 weeks) to
to full effectiveness. The only one who can really advise you on your seizures
is your Neurologist. I would highly suggest that you request an emergency
appointment with him or her to discuss your options. At this point I would look
at if the seizures have decreased at all. That will help your Neurologist in
looking at other options. What type of seizure disorder do you have? I have
partial complex seizures. I also have a rough time after one which is not
uncommon. Your brain needs a rest and it will do what ever it takes to get you
to lay down and rest!!!! Good luck!!! Keep us posted on how you are doing and
what your Neurologist says!
HUGS,
Tina

stop the seizures. after Every 11/2 month or two months I am having seizures.
I am fedup to taking these lot of medicins which don't help me to stop the
seizures. I have a 19 month old baby, I don't know what should i do. Because I
want to give lot of love to my baby. But I can't do this because of the
seizures.please suggest me how can I control on seizures. after seizures almost
one week I can't think properly. I feel slepy for the whole day.
