Hi there, Some of these doctors are so clueless when it comes to pituitary 
issues. You certainly do have the symptoms and sometimes the IGF-1 test isn't 
enough. You might need to have the growth hormone stimulation test  like I had 
done when my doctor suspected low growth hormone. It was definitely low when 
they did this special test and yet at that time the blood test just for IGF-1 
was in the normal range. Only later on did that drop. You should go to a 
pituitary center if possible or find out if your doctor knows who can do the 
stimulation test in your area. I am not a doctor but your results sure sound
