I recieved a phone call today from my regular physician and he said he found me an endocrinologist. I will go see her next Thursday. I have searched the internet for information on the new doctor but came up empty. Atleast I will have someone looking at me now, anyone is better than no one. PT3688041 thanks for the recommendation, I will ask my new endo to refer me to a cardiologist for the heart issues. In everything I have read on the internet about acromegaly, the weakend heart from overproduction of GH is the most serious life threatening issue we face. It is a scary outcome for sure. Nevik4745 thanks for the name of the endo in Toronto's Mount Sinai Hospital. If I dont get help from the new endo my regular doctor will send me to then I have decided to pack my bags and move to Toronto and rent a room so I can knock on every endocrinologists door until one helps me. After you gave me the name of the doctor I searched the internet and found alot of endos, much more than Montreal. So this new doctor will be on a short leash and limited time to help me. If not I am relocating to find help.
