Hi, I'm new to these boards. After I had my son 5 years ago I continued to
produce milk for 2 years & had no periods. I had blood tests & my prolactin
levels were through the roof. I was sent for an MRI and all the dr told me was
I have a swelling on the pituitary gland so take bromo to reduce it.
Everything seemed to go ok. I got pregnant again & came off bromo, but wasn't
monitored at all for this. My Daughter is now 19 months. I am still
lactating, have really bad dizziness, sweat loads, head aches, am really tired,
sensitive hearing. I have been very anxoius and emotional too. My gp checked
my blood and said it was ok but I have to see consultant on Tues as symptoms
got worse, severe pain in breasts etc. Have I got a prolactinoma? I have been
worrying about this alot. thanks Ailie x
