When person have panhipopituitarism and was some years without GH treatment, he delayed from his age. He is 27, but looks as 14. So, IGF-1 norm must correspond with his physiological age. How much must be IGF-1 level to achieve physiological maturity? Can I take a dose - 1 mg, to have 450 IGF-1 in my age? Or on dose - 0,6 mg I can achieve physiological maturity?
