I didn't look very "acromegaly" but yes I did have puffy hands and my feet grew 1/2 size. My teeth are perfect , but I did loose my period for almost a year before I got really sick at the end with loss of weight, tired and headaches. So , my advice, insist on getting blood work done, not only IGF1 but also GH levels and glucose test. If acro is got early you have a good chance to have almost all of the tumor removed before it invades other parts or gets bigger.
