My GH went up (from 5 something to 6 something) after the glucose load. It never suppressed at all. Yet, my doctor told me he cannot diagnose me with acromegaly, because he doesn't think I have the symptoms and because my IGF-1 keeps going up and down. It has been as high as 343 and as low as 156. I can't explain the IGF-1 issue, but I do think I have symptoms. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
