----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Azzulerya Message 5 in Discussion Williard, I apologize if I confused you with my post... I wasn't suggesting a connection between pit tumor patients and ADHD/Aspie patients. I thought perhaps jamiesmom's daughter might have two seperate issues. In this case, the possibility of an autism spectrum issue causing the heightened sense of hearing (that my son experienced as adhd/asperger's before audiology therapy). However, I am sure heavy metal toxins could be responsible for a lot of issues people have nowadays. Who knows if there's any connection. I have looked at and read most of the dopamine workshop... even posted a reply but deleted it as you covered most of my thoughts. Though I did happen to read on one website about the fact that an increase in dopamine decreases seratonin (as you mentioned), however if you increase seratonin levels... it also increases dopamine levels -- thought that was interesting (its all a seasaw balancing act). I was trying to find where I read it, but couldn't. My brain gets all jumbled sometimes reading too much medical type jargon... heheheh. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
