Hi,

I know how you feel with the whole hopelessness thing and my issues aren't even
half as bad. I just suffer from an unresponsive prolactinoma which now requires
surgery next week. I am struggling to stay positive because if surgery doesn't
get rid of my symptoms in all honesty I would rather not wake up from the
operation. I don't want to live alone, without being able to have a family,
without a libido and constantly feeling rubbish and antisocial all the time.

I cannot imagine how bad things are for you. It's very difficult coping with a
rare condition as no-one really understands (except faceless people on a
website - obviously no offense meant here this is a great place!). You have two
rare conditions therefore it is going to be even harder. I don't have any major
advice for you but all the best during this tough time :)
