Sorry, I forgot to respond totally to your reply (because of my own neediness 
today)--but I just wanted to add before I sign off of my computer that I wish 
you all the best with your operation.  On these boards it seems people have had 
much success with surgery.  I certainly, absolutely understand all of your 
feelings--the fears of living alone, lack of libido, wondering if you can have 
a family, feeling antisocial and terrible--I struggle with it as well. In a 
past discussion in the prolactinoma section, I wrote about how certain 
nutrients I took helped with mood issues.(nutrients to shrink tumor)  You might 
want to look at that. Right now, though, I need more than those because I'm 
feeling so overwhelmed myself right now....but they were helping a lot.  I send 
you my positive thoughts for a successful surgery.
