Hello! You should find a really good Endocrinologist and have a full hormone
workup! You do have some of the symptoms of a pit tumor, but bloodwork should
help you to find out more about your symptoms. I take Levoxyl for my thyroid
problems. I have no trouble with it!

Keep us posted, and get that bloodwork done!

Sincerely,

Marcia

I am hypothyroid for the past 5 years since my son was born. I was 31 at the
time and menopausal at 35. I am now 37. My symptoms are tired all the
time, memory problems, foggy thinking, depression, cold all the time, zero libido.

I have a goiter, but it has gone down quite a bit since I started on my
medicine. I had also gained weight, but have that under control now. I have
high testostorone and low cortisol. I also have to urinate more than 20 times
at day(I wonder if that could be lack of vasopression/ADH and get very weak
/fell terrrible if I don't eat very regularly(low blood suger?) I had none of
these symptoms until after I had my son. I went to an urologist and he just
wanted to put me on more medicine like Detrol, so I decided not to do that.
I'm on Amour and Wellbuterin for depression. I've been on every other type of
thyroid medicine and my blood work comes back normal with my Armour. My
endocrinologist just keeps changing my thryroid medicine(I'm on my 3rd doctor),
but I feel like the doctors are just treating my symptoms, not what's actually
wrong with me. I've been doing my own research on the internet and keep coming
back to a pituatary tumor. Has anyone else had similar symptoms? I go back to
the Dr. this week and I'm thinking about seeing if he'll give me a MRI or
Catscan to check for tumor. I feel like a hypochoondriac(or crazy) sometimes.
Anyone?
