----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: JB5757 Message 2 in Discussion Hi Bix - I had a non-functioning pit tumor removed in June '07. I slowly started to regain strength but there are a lot of factors that complicate the scenario. Specifically, my tumor (5cm) and/or surgery damaged my gland so that my hormone levels started to fall 3-4 months afterwards. I started to have more fatigue, numbness in my fingertips, and some added aches and pains above and beyond just being a 51 yr old man. Your Endocrinologist is the main Doctor at that point and should be testing. My supplements helped those symptoms. Hormone levels are touchy and striking a good balance can take months especially given that your partner's pituitary function may be fluctuating also. Good luck, jb ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
