This does not sound like fun. I am sorry. Thank you for the input. Every bit of 
information helps. I had not even paid attention to the 'mildly elevated' 
prolactin until now. My endo doesn't seem to think that prolactin at this level 
would interfere with pregnancy, but I guess it may. I also am VERY nervous at 
blood draw time, I mean near panic attack, but I really hold it in because I 
find it embarrassing, after all I stick myself in the stomach once a day (used 
to 3x), I cannot rationalize the ridiculous fear, anyway the point is a few of 
my doctors think my nervousness at blood draw time could be enough to spike the 
prolactin a bit.  who knows, but 36-40 points of nervous?
