How did you get the source for those skins? AFAIK, they're not included in http://people.apache.org/~tvolkert/pivot/apache-pivot-1.1-incubating-src.zip or http://people.apache.org/~tvolkert/pivot/apache-pivot-1.1-incubating-src.tar.gz
