I tried to compile the libmspack branch and it failed to link:
../libclamav/.libs/libclamav.so: undefined reference to `lzx_decompress'
../libclamav/.libs/libclamav.so: undefined reference to `lzx_free'
../libclamav/.libs/libclamav.so: undefined reference to `lzx_init'
These come from mspack.c. Is that file supposed to be removed in favor
of libmspack.c?
