One thing that I am not certain about is wheezy in this regard because
the library isn't part of it. So I am not sure if security + release are
in favour of us using an internal copy of the library (again) and having
it fixed for Jessi or they would prefer to push this library into
Wheezy.
I think they wouldn't mind the internal copy in wheezy, as that's how it
is already. But we could ask them, once upstream has included your patch.
Ideally configure would detect automatically if the external libmspack
is present and only use the internal copy if it is not.
