As I havn't found it, I created a preliminary one with:
git-import-dscs --debsnap --pristine-tar havp

No, I didn't push it anywhere, as I haven't changed much yet.
I only applied the patch from #689892.
So if you want to look at it, just run above command and apply this
patch. :)
