The only person i see complain about it is Frans. Are there any other
persons who want that change?

PS: I am still the opinion that the DEBCHANGE_AUTO_NMU is a usefull
option. It was added to assist persons often doing NMUs. If Frans does't
like it he can easyly switch this option off.
