The UpdateCenter 2.0 project is relying on the ability to internally
promote packages from unstable to stable to release-quality
repositories. It would greatly help our planning if we could get a
timeframe for this feature to be added. I don't see it listed as an RFE
or in the TO-DO list.
In the interim, I understand that rsync could be used if the whole repo
needs to be copied. But this can't be customized to copy over specific
packages, correct?
Would it be possible to copy individual packages by running a pkg
install to a temp area, then pkgsend to a different repository?
