We'll add it; there are a bunch of features which we need to get in, but
don't have entries in bugzilla yet.

Not in a compact fashion, no.  But you could construct the appropriate list
of files and pass it in with --files-from or something.  No, it's not a
great solution.

If you don't mind the package timestamp changing, then yeah, sort of.  Note
that the installation will drag in all dependencies, so you may need a
substantial temp area.  But since we don't modify files from what they are
in the repo, you should be able to rip apart the manifest and re-send its
components to the second repo.

I think I'd end up going the rsync route for now, but feel free to
experiment.
