Eventually, yes, but right now downgrading a cluster described by normal dependencies (rather than an incorporation) won't work at all. You can do that, yes, and it'll work as long as it doesn't have dependencies that you don't want installed in that image. We do plan on being able to link images -- you can depend on the core solaris packages without having to install them, because dependencies can be satisfied outside the current image -- but (all together now) we don't have that implemented yet. :) > That basically reproduces what you get with a plain tarball, only > integrated with other bits in a common depot.
