We already did, at least for cli-complete. For example:
ROOT=/ python tests/cli-complete.py
Please note that the test suite may return some errors-- these will be
marked as "KNOWN BUG" in the output. We need to do some more work with
baselining, but I don't have time right now.
We should add this functionality to api-complete as well.
