Neither Xfce or KDE are available yet on the pkg.opensolaris.org
repository. The pkgbuild folks are looking at helping to contribute
some of these packages in the future, though there's no official
timeline for this as yet.

In the meantime, one option would be looking at blastwave.org packages
to get both Xfce and KDE environments. They have an IPS repository
available

http://blastwave.network.com:10000/

but I haven't confirmed if this works.
