Danek - we are trying to wrap things up and also need documentation 
putback. I was under the mistaken impression from the latest email by 
Fujiwara that you had sorted it out between yourselves and he had 
incorporated all the required changes for me to push, which I did, 
having done another remerge today.

If there are further adjustments to be made just let me know and I can 
spin another webrev.
