To clarify, marketing will be updating the StartPage in the next week or
so and this will need to go in. It has no functional impact from our
side other than us flicking the bit in a gconf key to ensure the
StartPage is shown by default on startup.
I will be posting a webrev to allow dynamic updates of the StartPage
using a simple wget in the cron job we already run, but this has no
functional UI impact on our side.

Issue:
Help - the help buttons on various dialogs just bring up the main
Help, we need link_id's from Doc to go to the relevant section. The
code is in place we will add the id's as soon as they are available.
No impact on UI or Doc freeze.
