pkgbuild currently adds all the parent directories to the packages. We can stop doing that for IPS packages, however some directories need to be listed explicitly for SVr4, because they have non-default attributes (e.g. root:sys for /usr/share). So, as long as we build both svr4 and IPS from the same specs, we need to list these directories and then they will also be in the IPS packages.
