t_pkg_install.py: in the corrected test, I thought optional dependencies
acted like required, in that moving forward was correct -- only incorporate
dependencies constrained to the given version.
That's right.
The attempt to install [email protected] should fail, though, because
the optional dependency in [email protected] specifies a optional min.
