This has a variety of changes to the search suites to speed them up. The
bug has the details, but the short summary is that the combined search
modules went from taking 700+ seconds to taking less than 300.
Also, please ignore the changes in setup.py, pkg5unittest.py and run.py.
Those will be removed once my fix for 5247 goes back.
