The change in transaction.py seems a tad complicated. Would
self.pkg_name = ":".join(pfmri.split(":")[:-1])
be acceptable?
In pull.py, is it guaranteed that the first line of the manifest will have
a comment? What if it's a depend action? Or a set action? Seems a tad
sketchy to me.
