I don't know what the policies are for the jucr folks, but one workaround,
perhaps, would be to build libsndfile for build 101 as well. You would
give it the same package name as it has in build 111, so that anyone
upgrading from a system with your bits on it to build 111 would have your
libsndfile replaced with the one delivered by the WOS.
The other possibility is for this to be one of those packages which requires
2009.06 or above - I believe the jucr folks are looking to making a 2009.06
(and beyond) build environments available for this sort of thing.
Right. We are planning for the contrib repo to support the release builds
(starting with 2008.11) and dev builds and sparc and x86 architectures.
