We do plan to move to 2.6, possibly followed by code changes to take
advantage of new features in 2.6. I don't foresee any real difficulties in
the change, but we haven't done a testsuite run on 2.6 for some time, so
there may be a few issues here and there. I hope to take a look at this
soon, if no one beats me to it.
What's our project timeline for that though? Definitely for 2010.02?
