This seems like premature optimization.
Why should this be an premature optimization? 'cos you're not able to
understand the concept or because its new technology?
I suggest that you avoid insulting your fellow community members;
it's not a very effective way of convincing anyone that you
have something interesting to say.
While we may be able to save 50% of the space in /lib/svc/method,
there's a significant downside in terms of readability - and the
70K bytes savings after compression on the liveCD seems... somewhat
underwhelming.
