Well, yes and no... since the system only consists of packaged objects
(or should :-)... but this is IMHO too philosophical for now.

In theory, that would be good.  However, someone or something then would
need to classify the "work" that the service does.  Sheperding a pid and
restarting things if a pid goes away is certainly "work on the system" in
my mind.  Being a dependency for other "working" services:  Is that "work"
in itself?  Hmmm...

A service just sitting around in the SMF repository waiting for some package
to be removed is not "work".

I believe so.  I'll try to set up a system and give some examples soon.
(But don't hold your breath).
